PC Peripherals Problem with 5.1 sound, only 2 speakers play music

Guys...i have problem!!!

i have Creative M5300 5.1 speaker system with creative 7.1 sound card!

but when am playing any music through my speaker only 2 speaker and the woofer react but in tym of sound checking all of thenm is responding!what shiuld i do?!

help me!
 
so u r telling that this is not a problem of my system!but i have heard the sound from 5 speaker in my frnds home?!

how is it possible!
 
Some speakers like the Logitech THX Z-5300e have something called Matrix mode that shots sound on all 6 Channels ...F&D speakers have the same thing as well but is called something else.

use EAX console to upmix audio:D
