Graphic Cards Problem with ATI catalyst control center

It is showing error like this when i open it after installing

"CLI Application (Command Line Interface) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."I installed the latest drivers!!!!!!

Are you using NOD32???

Its known to to crash CCC.

and which .Net framework you have installed?

have been using ccc with nod32 for god knows how long. never crashed.
@pepsi - could be to do with .net framework. nod32= antivirus

it is a problem with .net.im not using nod32.I removed the antivirus.What to do??
