Storage Solutions Problem with Barracuda 7200.11 SATA

I've got Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 SATA (Serial No. st3500320as).

My problem is that since last few days my hard drive isn't getting detected(it's secondary one)

Its with in warranty period so i could RMA it..

But I have some Precious data on it so my doubts are :huh:....
1. Will get the same hard drive repaired and all its content intact...
2.Or if they give me a new hard drive will they recover data from the old hard drive on my request( I'm ready to pay for the data recovery)

If they can't recover it, can u name some good Data recovery centre's in Mumbai.
Will approaching and recovering data from them void my warranty....

Please Please help me out quickly since i said it earlier too that it contains some precious data and i need it back quickly.........

I have got my 1tb seagate rmaed few months back and I got a new hdd, no data recovery. In US atleast seagate is offering free recovery, you might want to talk to seagate guys for it.
If they wont do in india and if you are willing to pay, you might be able to find lot's of shops recovering data from the hdd platters for something around 1.5K . This time when you get you hdd remember to update your firmware if it's not already updated.
