Problem with loading OS after deleting corrupt registries

I scanned my pc for malware(scanned using Malwarebytes) after FF was infected with 'My SearchDial' (refer screenshot). It did show me some corrupt files and infected registry settings. I deleted the bad registries but windows 7 is unable to load. I had to revert back using System restore and hence the corrupt registries were also restored.

Is there any way i can remove those bad entries but also not affect loading of windows.

Fomatting the OS and doing fresh installation is the last resort.

P.S: I tried re-installing both chrome and FF, it worked for chrome but persists with FF.

Hmm tried installing over your existing copy of windows after deleting the registry? You wont lose any files...
No, I did not. I fear for the conflict that may arise using softwares or in overall functioning of the OS due to over-writing/reinstalling of OS.[DOUBLEPOST=1391755557][/DOUBLEPOST]

Any other solution to the foresaid problem. My experience with XP pertaining to re installation of OS and the functioning of the already installed softwares makes me hesitant to try the mentioned solution. Can anybody help me clear this misconception with Windows 7?
