Problem with MTNL-Mumbai Boradband

Hello Friends,

From last 1 week I'm facing connectivity problem with MTNL-Mumbai, does any one too have such problem?

Every time/any time there 1504 service is Engage or Unable Reply , local exchange phone also keep busy tone every time/any time I call

Once it connect it works OK, but at initial stage everyday I have to waste 60 to 90 minutes to get connected.

same issues in getting connected as stick.

Eeven if connected and adsl light on, still no activity.

If activity, 48-150kbps connection instead of 256 kbps(which is usually 230odd).

Can u ping ur DNS server without any problem.
