The files will have jerky playback like the one you are experiencing now. Its a problem with all players with mtk chipset.remcy007 said:Thanks for the reply.. i will check that.
Does this mean that packed Xvid files dont play on DVD players or its just with 5106K?
Remcy, i am posting a screenie of gspot codec appliance with a tick mark of where the "packed bitstream" info will be shown.remcy007 said:Blade i checked, my files are not Packed bitstream, but still they are not running on 5106K. Anything else which i can try??
Ok so its not packed bistream then. The other option could be that the file is corrupted or bad media. Btw post a screenie by alt+print screen and pasting it into ms paint. Then upload it to supload.com after converting it into jpg. That might help solve your query.remcy007 said:My container shows the following details...
OpenDML (AVI v2.0)
Interleave: 1 vid frame (42 ms), preload=468
Audio frames: Aligned on interleaves
File Length Correct
Ah its the rare xvid file with gmc warp point 3 encoding i presume according to the symptoms its showing. You might need to re-encode the file to solve the issue.remcy007 said:
The file is already unpacked but has gmc related issues.Ragin_Ice said:mpeg4 modifier also shows if the file is packed or not.
