Problem with the display

hi,
I am facing problem with the display. The display shows yellowish dull screen. I am using LG monitor. Tried with the color settings, but didnt work. Pic of the screen is attached.

i can see the blue color while i was trying to change the setting and in tht small window...color looks normal. ALSO when i remove the monitor socket from the CPU the No signal message seems to be normal.
i tried check the with connections and taping the monitor but thr is no change. Also thr is no virus in the system.
Please suggest what could be the problem and how to resolve this.
