Hi every....
Yesterday my brother got his new laptop Asus X55C-SX161D. After installing win 8 he noticed that whenever he touched
the touchpad, the mouse pointer started jumping randomly.
All necessary drivers were installed. Then after sometime he noticed that when his laptop cooler is running the touch-pad was behaving abnormally (the mouse pointer was shaking of its own), but when the laptop cooler was off, then the touch-pad was working fine. There is an air vent under the touch-pad. He noticed that whenever the laptop cooler was running and the air was flowing over ''the air vent under the touch-pad'', only then the touchpad was behaving abnormally.
Guys what do you think? Is it a hardware problem or is this normal? Is it because of the touchpad's oversensitivity?
