Procedure as to how Police proceeds in any case:-

Within 1 week of receiving the complaint Police will start the investigation, 2 weeks later will trace the accused by arresting him from Guwahati and produce the accused in Ahmedabad Criminal Court. Afterwards he will be shifted to a local Jail.

PS: If the accused is produced on Friday in the court he will have to remain for 4days in Jail until he gets Bail on Tuesday.

All members complaints whom Imtiaz has cheated are compounded into 1 BIG complaint and the accused(Imtiaz) is dooomed for ever.

Imtiaz alias Hemanta Talukdar alias Hrithik your time has come to repent in Jail.

Cheating is a Criminal Offense brother and that too a Cyber Crime in Imtiaz Case. Police's action is swift these days in Cyber related crimes.

Hi Guys, yesterday I got an whatsapp message from Imtiaz, he has sent me the bank details and awaits the balance money. As per the moderators and the communities decision I'm willing to pay him back Rs. 2,850, but first he has to give a disclaimer with a written statement that all dues have been settled full and final.
