Problem witn PCTV and Winows 7..

i have internal PCTV PCI card (100i)... i was using Win XP and PCTV Vision software to view Tv on computer... now i have installed the Win 7 but now the PCTV vision spftware does not install... i have installed. .PCTV TV center 6.0 software... when i open the software audio and video is coming but the video is shuttering..ie shaking every 2-3 sec.. ie video and audio lagging ..getting stuck ...

what is the problem.. kindly help..

pinnacle pctv line of cards dont have windows 7 support and as pinnacle has been sold out to other company there is no hope of gaining support either.

I also have an external tv tuner from pinnacle lying idle because of this only.
