Problems: TATA INDICOM NEW connection

Hi guys,

I jst got tata indicom's 512kbps adsl connection n ive started gettin all kinds of popups from some "messenger service" saying tht some errors r found in my registry n to dload somethin frm some site and my AVG control center has found some 2 r 3 viruses. Has any xperienced this b4 r can any1 suggest somethin? Thx

disable messenger service.
As for viruses, u need to install a firewall. And scna ur PC for viruses+spyware.

Install Zone Alarm, i have also noticed pings coming in from extrernal networks on my Tata Indicom Broadband connection.
