Problems uploading files

Hi guys
I have exatt 256kbsp (delhi) and since past 2 weeks its becomes highly unstable with speeds dropping all the time.

There are 2 very irritating problems Im facing and not exactly sure whats causing it.
One , I cant just seem to upload even very small files since the last week .Thinking there was something wrong with imageshack.com,I tried photobucket, tagatag.com, zedge.no, and Im facing the same problem.Ater 2 to 3 mins it say Cannot Find Server (i use IE and Firefox)

Secondly, When surfing the net sometimes esp in the night when I click on any link it says Firefox Cannot connect or connection refuse or Cannot Find Server in IE. This is damn irritating and I keep on clicking on it until I connect.

So whats going on?Is there something wrong with my lan card or its exatts fault?I spoke to the local guy and he didnt understand only!

I dont know what to do cos I myself cant figure out what exactly is causing the problem!

there is nothing wrong with imageshack or any other site i think the problem is with the connection did you try calling up any one else with the same connection that might help and if they give a negative then problem could be in your modem or lan card if possible try checking the wires if they are fixed properly.
k tanya try that for now. If all the above doesn't work then contact the service center
 
Hi I have conatcted the provider but now the prob is geting weirder. I noticed Ive been able to upload all picture files as email attcahments , or on image shcak but when uploading a document , or midi thru email or any other server fireforx says Document Contaiuns No Data while IE Freezes. Its weird cos I was able to upload the same things before!
