Problems with airtel chennai?

For the past one week, the connection is acting up. Random and frequent disconnections, very very slow browsing speeds, and fluctuating download speeds. Just wanted to see if anyone else is facing this in chennai. Will have to lodge a complain otherwise.

hey even am experiencing slow browsing, so switched to tata indicom the whole day today.

Thing have improved since 8 this morning. Browsing speeds are almost back to normal. Have to test the download now.

not only Airtel.. even bsnl facing such problems because of cable cut undersea....

im still facin de problem. i get speeds of only 2-4 max 6 on 256kbps..

I'm also getting only arnd 2 KB/s when I usually get around 16 KB/s ..

Browsing too is pathetically slow!

The connection has gone down again bloody i just hope they fix things quickly. This is real frustrating

expect it to take around 2 weeks. it's already come in the newspapers that internet services will be slow for that time. they won't be in that much of a hurry to fix things now.

My net connection was down from 4pm to 6:30 pm !

Probably cause its night, and the traffic would be comparatively less. The same thing happened this morning. Unfortunately, i think it will take around 10 days to get this thing fixed.
