i am having problems with my dvd-rom.it ain't reading any dvds(writable) yet it can read all types of cds.can someone help me out plz.
somehow its region has been set to region 1.probably thats why it ain't working,
also it may have a driver problem. i mean the drivers dated 1999! i tried downloading something called firmware using sfdnwin.the crappy thing completes the whole process but the properties keep showing the old driver.
its model no. is sd616-f.
