Graphic Cards problems with x1800xt

Hi,I have a x1800xt 256MB 625/750 card Im getting temps above 100C on load and idealing at 80C .My power supply zebby 500W platinum series.

Can any one help me please???

I think its SMPS issue.Can a zebronics 500W Diamond series work???My card is sapphire.

try using techpowerup ati tray tools to set the fanspeed manually.
i am not sure if this will help since your temps are crossing 85-90deg so i guess the fan might be already running on full speed but still give this a shot.

otherwise clean the dirt from the card & apply thermal paste if u can & check. also check if there is nothing blocking the card in the cabinet & its not really cramped up.

@stormblast There is no dirt on the card and i dont know how to apply thermal paste.I ran ATI tool scan for articrafts ,After 3 minutes the temp reached to 103C But no errors detected.Nothing is blocking the card.

did u check the fan speed @ 103deg temp

yes the Zebronics 540W Diamond Series aka Zebronics PowerOne 540W can handle it well as Switch uses it with a X1900XT 512MB & a C2D E6400 @3.60GHz

Funky uses a Zebronics 640W Diamond Series aka Zebronics PowerOne 640W with a 8800GTX 768MB & a C2D E6600 @3.60GHz

when i switch on my system.Its not starting when i switch off my monitor for some time and switch it on then it is getting starting.otherwise it is freezing.
