CPU/Mobo Processor and motherboard for 12k

need some thing suitable fer gaming and usual tinkering!
i m am an AMD fan... but i guess its KO by intel now...
plz suggest a setup fer 12ks..
 
Intel Core2Duo E8200 + Galaxy 650i-Ultra - 12k

if you can increase your budget by 1k change the mobo to Abit IP35-E
 
avoid the above mentioned board... its based on the 650i chipset.. whcih is pretty much gone now..

if u cant afford the Ip-35E, get the biostar tp35-d2a7
 
how much do these boards cost? and aren't those for overclocking ? i dont hav time to meddle with multipliers and FSBs...

the ip35e and the tp35 gives u a lot of room for tinkering..:eek:hyeah: ..believe me u will ocing will get addictive ..cost wise ip35e is like 6k on street..tp35 is like 4.8k on street...maybe lower
