CPU/Mobo Processor, Mobo and RAM

A good 650W PSU for 4k is a joke. Check this list for something good : http://www.techenclave.com/community/buyers-guide/best-power-supply-units/

Haswell compatibility is a new marketing gimmick. Practical reality discussed here.

Great Links Thanks . Hadnt seen them before.

Would still vouch for the Corsair VS650 though. Working flawlessly powering a Maximus V Gene, Core I7 2600K, 16GB of Gskill ram, Zotac GTX 680, 1 SSD, 1 TB, 1 500GB, DVD drive, Corsair H100i and a Asus Xonar Essence STX without any issues for over 10 months.

10 months is a too short period to judge a psu. It's reliability should be judged atleast during the full time of its warranty period. And also all the pc parts too should not be damaged during that period due to power issues

The full warranty period is 5 years Ashish. One would upgrade atleast twice if not more during this period.

GS series = avoid. Pick something from the recommended list. The minimum Corsair you should be looking at is the HX series i.e. HX650. You're spending 6k more for the i7 4770 over an i5 4670 for a minor performance boost in gaming, so not sure why you would want to skimp getting a much better PSU.
