I need to upgrade my specs for better performance in after effects. The render timing is just insane . I have planned to upgrade my ram with 2x16gb Corsair vengeance and am looking for processor. My Budget 50k.
My existing setup:-

Processor - Intel Core i5 6402P -13000,
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 -4500,
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -2700,
PSU - Antec VP450P -2500,
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3500,500gb SSD
GPU - Zotac GTX1050Ti 4GB -12200,
Cabinet - Antec GX200 -2700,
Monitor - LG 22MP68VQ-P 22" LED IPS -9300,
Keyboard/Mouse -Logitech MK200 -800.

I have read somewhere that processor limits the ram performance. If it is so then should I go for 16gb 3200mhz instead of 3600mhz and put that difference on processor

Budget -51.6k (AMD Rendering Rig)

Processor -AMD Ryzen 5 3600 -17.2k
Motherboard -Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac -12.3k
RAM -G.Skill SniperX 16GB(8GBx2) 3600Mhz -8.1k (primeabgb.com)
SSD -Kingston A2000 1TB NVME SSD -9.9k
HDD -Already using present WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Power Supply -Antec NEO Eco 550M 80+ Bronze -4.1k
GPU -Already using present GTX1050 Ti 4GB
Monitor -Already using present LG 22MP68VQ-P LED IPS
Cabinet -Already using present Antec GX200
KB & Mouse -Already using present Logitech MK200

Total -51.6K

All above prices are taken from vedantcomputers except otherwise specified.
PS: I am saying that to use your present GPU ie.GTX1050Ti since the present GPU prices are badly priced because of the mining craze so when they become stable go with GTX 1650 Super later on. Even your present Monitor & HDD is great including your KB + Mouse. Never compromise on your PSU so I suggested a better one for your new CPU.

Noob question. Would my Gigabyte GA-H110M not support 32 gb ram and better Ryzen? Also I forgot I had already replaced my power supply unit to 550watt

Yes it does support 32gb ram but it doesn't support ryzen processor. For those you need motherboards with AM4 sockets.
I would suggest that you upgrade your motherboard and CPU since there aren't any reasonable upgrade paths for you on this motherboard.

Max this h110 Mobo supports is i7 6700k/7700k which is a slight upgrade over i5 and not worth if you have 50k budget.

To help you I am ASSUMING 2 things here
1. You have very little knowledge bout upgrading/building pc
2. You want to spend as less as possible to upgrade your pc that's why u are trying to salvage your motherboard
So here is my advice
--If u wanna salvage your motherboard you can buy a used i7 7700 , only if u get it for under 9k(will be very difficult) . The reason u don't wanna spend a lot on this used cpu is because intel has launched a new processor i3 10100f which is equal to i7 7700 just for under 8k. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-7700-vs-Intel-Core-i3-10100F/3887vs4082
-- if u are comfortable to spend 50k the build by sunil reddy is perfect for you.
-- if you wish to spend less than 50k u can buy i5 10400f , h410m motherboard and you can use your present 8 gb ram here a d buy another 8 gb stick( this will be cheaper than amd build and almost equal in performance) . However this has a downside that you won't be able to upgrade this just like your current intel build.
If I were you , I wud go for new intel build if there are no plans to upgrade your pc for atleast 2 years. If u plan to upgrade your pc in 2 years or so go with new amd build . I wudnt bother with i7 7700 cuz it's not worth according to me.
