I Recently Purchased Professional Coded Wordpress Theme NewsMag From Mythemeshop and i would Like to Sell it now.
Mythemeshop are Popular Premium Wordpress Theme Coders. Would be Ideal For any Dude who has an Blog and is looking for an Cheap Theme or For anyone who wants to Start a Wordpress blog.

I purchased it For $23.45(Around 1290) and I will Sell this one For $15 (800 Rupees).

Well I am not sure if its legally permissible to transfer theme rights from one user to another. Most theme companies lay restrictions that themes can be used only by the buyer and licenses are usually not transferable. I guess you should first check with the theme company and may be even ask them because usually they mention while buying the theme - redistribution of theme files and associated files is prohibited.

Not to worry. I'm gonna Change Name and Email in the CP. The Buyer Can use it For Any number of domains.

I Read the Terms of the Coder. So i am 100% Sure there will be No problem.

I am Ready to Return the money If the Buyer will have any Problem in the Future. I am Sure He won't Face Any!;)
 
Hi @swatkats I guess most likely no one would be interested due to legality issues. As far as any theme club / theme purchase goes its not legal to transfer license from one user to another. Hence, I guess no users have come forward showing interest in buying the theme.

Usually according to Terms and Conditions of any theme club you will find this mentioned

1. The theme can be used only on the domain you own.
2 Developer edition of themes can be used on themes you own + client sites you develop.
3. Support will be provided only to the main person purchasing the theme. Clients cannot ask for support
4. Theme and theme files cannot be sold / transferred to any other person.

Hence, I guess even if someone were to purchase the theme - he could neither ask for support or use it on any client sites. Just my understanding of how the theme market works.

I am saying I could Just Edit the First and last name in the CP of the Seller and the buyer owns it. There's no hassle.


I am Sure There would be No problem, Friends of mine have purchased Few Mythemeshop themes via Forum Markets and There's no issue.


Give it a Try, I'm Ready to Refund if there will be Any problem in future. I am 100% sure there won't be Any!!
