I need a program to prevent any file or folder from being cut,delete,rename or moved. It should only allow to copy.

i have tried prevent, but its also block copying :(

must work on both XP and 7. Not interested in change system setting. prefer a single exe which can do the job, just like prevent 1.0

On my PC. The story is like this some time some buggers comes to my place to take music,videos, movies etc. Now i can't keep track of their every activity, some of them are mischievous, and might delete something or might rename or anything which i don't want.

So i need a application which can block all file/folder operation except copy
 
i have that, but they come to me to get stuffs, so i want to share my stuffs, but don't want to temper it in any way. like making my system read only
 
Better option is, changing folder permissions, as said by 6pack. Change your admin password, create a Guest account and change permissions of Drives. You will be done in 5 mins.
