I own Avenger 220, which have a HID BiXenon installed. Its working completely fine, but its just a hid kit with bulb and ballast, and it doesnt have a projector, so the light scatters a lot.

I am willing to get a projector Bixenon with angel eyes. As all the electricals of my bike are directly through battery (no direct dynamo), will it affect my battery adversely?
Secondly, Can't i get only projector casing with angel eye in the market because i have HID and ballast system, so i can use the projector with my HID?

If the HID BiXenon is working fine on your Avenger, without any battery draining issues, then there is no need to worry about the Projector with angel eyes.
The Projector headlamp does exactly what it says : it projects light on to the road, and nothing else. It's nothing but a better alternative to the standard headlamp reflectors on the motorcycle.
As for the Angel Eyes, they do not use much battery. So, you'll be fine as long as your battery can support the HID.

I would suggest you check your battery rating. As initially, the HID might work fine, but after a few weeks the battery could start giving you trouble!!
For instance, my ZMR with 6AH battery could support Philips HID for 2 weeks. After that, it started draining and the engine wouldn't start. Ultimately, I got the HID removed and got a 55/60W halogen bulb fitted instead :( Whereas, my Ninja with its 12Ah battery easily powers 2 HIDs with projectors.

Yes, you can get the projectors with angel eyes separately. The projectors start from as low as 1k and can go up to 12k for BMW projectors (Yes, they can be fitted in motorcycles !!).
BTW, where do you reside?

I live in bareilly(U.p) and here it was hell difficult to even find HID kit, how will i find projector with angel eyes :-/

Btw, can the existing HID bulb be fitted inside the projector? Dont they have size issues?
From where i can get the projector and angel eye? I frequently visit Delhi (250km from my city)

Give me a few days' time, as currently don't commute to Delhi so often as before, and I'll provide details of some good dealers.
On the top of my head, all I can remember is: http://www.mxsmotosport.com/. If money is not an issue, they'll provide nearly everything you ask of them.

Yes, that I did not think of  There may be size issues, but I am not sure, since I bought my Projectors and HID kits together.

If you visit Delhi, Karol Bagh is the place to visit. It's the automobile hub of India.

What type of bulb does your HID kit have? If its a regular H4 bulb it will not fit in a projector, you will have to buy a different bulb. Not sure if you can reuse the ballast.
