Guys i got a 256kbps line which gives me 40kbpf download speed. I use uTorrent to download sometimes but the only problem is it does not take the full 40kbps speed all my downloads get 1-2kbps anything that we can do here.

You cannot do anything.
Dude, in torrents someone else is uploading the file.

You cannot download faster than that person uploading it.
The best thing in such cases is to download where maximum number of peers are. (Which optimizes the download/upload speeds to a greater extent)
 
Ummmm...

Have you enabled port forwarding for the Bitotrrent client port from your router/modem to the PC downloading the torrents
