Ps3 40 gb price in grey markets ?

I'm looking to get a pal ps3 40gb from pallikka bazaar - Delhi. Does any one know of the current rate going around ?. Also is there any particular shop i should go to there to get a good deal..?
 
19.k the last time i en quired abt 2 weeks ago .. Its the first shop on ur left as u get off the stairs in the main corridor ..
 
19 k ...eh ? Was expecting something around 18-18.5k....:( . Is the ntsc version cheaper than the pal one or are they priced the same..?
 
funnily enough PS 3 and XBOX 360 prices are almost equal in pallika....
Xbox 360 20 GB version is also around 18-19 k
 
With so many ppl getting the Ps3 , i wanted to ask can the PS3 play backup iso images or can we load the iso on the hdd and play from it , like we did in ps 2 phat version.

Also are there any mod chips available for the PS3.

the grey yall have got is nice. last price for grey i got here in mumbai for 20500rs. hence i decided to go in for the original as i got 1 game free with the original which cost me 23750.
 
No man .. Shop 4 dsnt provide u with a better deal unless u knw the owner personally:) .. Also which version were u talking abt PAL or NTSC??

Even though i have a 32" hdtv i don't have access to it 24/7 so will the ps3 downgrade it's resolution automatically when i connect it to a regular toshiba sdtv ?
 
Just got an legit 40gb gran turismo version for 22.5k....! :clap: . My cousin and me bought it together so got a decent deal from reliance digital. Gta iv coming soon :ohyeah:

i went to palika yesterday

Price for ps3 40 gb was 17.5K

for xbox 360 Pro system 18k

Wii : 18K again :)

i was shocked at xbox 360 prices as some of the showrooms outside are selling it for 16K and core system for 12k. I expected xbox prices to be around 14k.
 
thats funny i thought Wii was the cheapest console available... had no idea that it would be costing 18 k :|
PS 3 cheapest... :lol:

is the 40gb a ntsc or pal.the xbox prices looks good if u are getting a pro model for 16k and that to in showroom,it unfortunate that we dont get the xboxs with hdmi out,apart from halo edition & elite.
 
well i checked prices on 2-3 shops and they were almost the same.

and yes all of them modded.

and I have no ideas who do these guys set price of the these stuff.
