You won't be able to buy all those games within 10k budget , u will only find platinum titles used for 1k or under , rest all will be over 1.5k atleast , so I guess u should either increase your budget or buy a few games from that list , sell it after playing and then again buy the other ones..

Demon Souls alone will be over 2.5k even used as new one is over 3k and very hard to find.
