hi friends,

I am not able to add anyone as a friend for some reason.

It just quits on me with an error code - 8002A10D

its probably coz u have an indian based PSN account, and PSN id that ur trying to add is non-Indian, to be able to add all ids, just create one US id, and then you shouldnt have these problems.

actually there is a way to add friends using indian id.

it can be done by going to players met and a request to add as a friend can be send from there. offcourse for that person to appear in players met u have to play online with him.
