PS3 U.S version

Hey!!
I am more interested in watching Series and Movies bought from Amazon (U.S) and not that into games. The Playstation 3 I bought from Croma Malad doesnt play any of those DVDs and Blu Rays. I want to buy another one (U.S version). Can anybody tell me how do I buy a U.S version PS3 in Mumbai? Literally ANY information would be welcome!!!

@Santosh: Try visiting Alfa. They used to sell those imported PS3 consoles. Not sure if they were NTSC models though.

@Joy: The WD player you're suggesting doesn't take Blu-Ray discs or any form of optical media. It plays Blu-Ray/HD-DVD/DVD etc. based media files which have been ripped off the actual disc off a USB drive. So he would need to invest in a separate USB HDD as well (unless he owns one) to play those files off it.

I have already found a guy who is willing to buy my existing PS3. I will be playing games but only not as much as I'll be watching movies.

I buy movies from that region only. I dont think there many Blu Rays exclusively for Region "C" (which Indian version PS3 plays).
OK, correction made ==> Alfa!!
But do you know if I can get the U.S verion from there?
