PSA - STPL (part of RPTech) is sending out emails for the 5080FE

As above - got an email from them Saturday. They're reverting to the 3xxx days apparently.
I confirmed, got a payment link, paid, and got a Blue Dart tracking number.

It should ship tomorrow, as today is a holiday due to Eid.

Keep an eye out - no 5090 mails so far.

I inquired. It's not in stock, so no chance to buy yet - only when they have stocks. Price will be the same as quoted by nVidia - 2.15L. All the prices include GST.

I enquired about 5070 but received nothing yet. I wish I had enquired about 5070ti or 5080. I don't want a 12 GB VRAM card.

I enquired about both 5070 variants when they launched and have got no revert except they had no update on the card availability.

Just received an email today from RPTech reg the 5080FE.

They have added the following note in the email - PS : Please note you can buy only one card of any 50 series card.

Would anyone know if they have had similar clauses in the past? Does this mean that if you buy the 5080FE then you cannot buy the 5090FE? Or does it mean that you cannot buy more than one 5080FE?

I asked them the same thing - but no clarification.
If it helps, I was able to buy both the 3070FE and 3080Ti FE from them in 2020-22.

They did have a similar disclaimer in the 30xx series email as well, at least in the one I received for 3080Ti.

I did on Nvidia site on launch day as well as sometime later on RPtech site when the listing was posted. Don't remember the exact date for RPTech site.

I think also asked for 4070, 4080 and 5070, 5080 as well in Jan,25 but haven't received any mail yet. So again sent a query. Don't know how much time it will take this time for them to reply?

I am pretty sure they mean only one card for complete 5 series.
Received an invite as well. Can I sell it here for some premium over 1.10 lac ? Is that allowed ?
