psp 2004/3004 with firmware 6.00 can be hacked?

Hi Guys,

Planning to get a psp for my roomie. A friend of my room mate is selling his psp 2004/3004(not sure) with firmwre 6.00..
Can this be hacked to play games via memory card?
Please help asap since that guy would be going abroad on friday...

yea...Saw that...just wanted to cross confirm so that we don't end up paying for nothing.

It can be hacked/ But atm it is not a permanent one i.e. the whole hack process has to be redone if you turn off your psp.

But in standby you are ok.

You have to update the firmware to 6.20 and then you can hack it.

I had the FW 6.0 on my PSP 3004, I upgraded the FW to 6.20 and installed the hack. Its not a permanent hack, you have to run the hack everytime you turn on your PSP to load ISO's.

So go for it!!
