Graphic Cards PSU for 2 x Sapphire 7950 Flex cards ?

Should be fine. You can look at the CoolerMaster V850 too since its the same platform with better support.
 
Using that exact PSU with 2x6970s for close to two years now, with the cards maxed out on water, and a 970BE clocked over 4GHz. Plus a custom loop with lots of fans and a big pump. The Seasonic has yet to miss a beat even over 6-8 hour gaming sessions (don't ask!).
 
I am going to do mining which will be 18-20 hours x 7 days..
Can seasonic or cooler master handle it (there will be some tweaking/overclocking as well to get better Kh/s)

Rest of the components will be basic like amd sempron 140, 250gb hdd & other necessary stuffs...
 
@Soyab0007 - i think the sempron 140 will make your gpus underperform ( dont remember the exact tech word for it )
Correct me if i am wrong guyz
