I have a corsair vs 550 psu. now I got a 650ti. whether my psu handle it?

Minimum PSU requirement for 650Ti is 400W. Maximum power consumption of this card would be 110W.
So VS550 should be able to handle it. Just let us know other components that you are using in you rig to double check.

On an average, a 650ti system needs around 26-29 ampere on 12v rail so you are absolutely fine. VS550 has 42A on that rail AFAIR.

ProTip: don't judge the energy consumption by the number given in the product sites/ads etc. Refer to reviews to know the actual consumption/requirement. Look for peak loads.
