Hi,
Now i'm not much of a gamer and my brother recently gave me a Galaxy GTS250 512MB DDR3 out of nowhere!!!

So i'll have to buy a new PSU.
Here's my config:
Intel Core2Duo E4500@2.2GHz,
Transcend 2GB DDR2 800MHz,
2 Seagate HDD, 250GB+80GB
2 DVD-RW
Will a Gigabyte 460W PSU be able to handle the system??
Costs ~2.2k
OR
Should i go for the usual:
Cooler Master-Real power 460W OR Corsair CMPSU-450VX
costs ~3.5k

The Gigabyte 460W PSU will be fine :)
Congrats on the new card and enjoy it, maybe it'll turn you into a gamer :p

Thanx ppl....that was real quick...

i wud suggest cx400 @ 3k, wer are u gettin vx450 fr 3.5??.
What I'm concerned abt is that Galaxy specifies a min 450W psu with 24A on 12V.
And i've heard that the Gigabyte 460W is actually an FSP 400W(15A + 14A)....

I guess shouldn't be a problem rite??

Both the PSU's are good choices. Don't go by the ratings.
