Go for Corsair GS700 or VX550.
GS700 has near about 65w in +12v rail and it has 3 years warranty.
VX550 has 42w in +12v rail and it has 5 years warranty.
But comparison in both the VX550 has very good components like Japanese capacitors and GS700 has mixed (japanese and taiwanese) capacitors.
They both can handle GTX 570 as well.
VX550 is near about 4.8k and GS700 is 5.2k.
