wtf is going on here....spoiling my repo when i haven't done anything wrong. their are a few bastards here who always try to crap my repo. i never tried to cheat anyone here. yes its true i never give my number on internet until and unless i am thoroughly satisfied. so pls cut this crap and don't call me a spammer i have not done any wrong to anyone. regarding the stuff its thr with my frnd got it. and that 8600gt card i have bought if from clank only and you can ask him regarding the payment mode and other transaction. also i have never said anything wrong to anyone here and neither i am interested in doing anything wrong or cheating anyone here. if i have the stuff i try to sell it. I had two pc's tht i have already sold and all my threads are closed now. I am not at all interested in sellin any more stuff here bcos ppl don't give gud prices here. both my pc's i have sold are to outside ppl. so i would demand all of you here to apologise for ruining my repo here...i would be posting about these TE guys on other forums too.
I'm not sure if the mods have already done this, but did they try to speak with tushar via PM before opening this thread? Getting the side of the person involved is necessary before making it public. As such, the threads opened by the member in question could have been put on temporary hold by the mods until the issue is cleared. If there was no PM communication with tushar by the mods before opening this thread, then it is a very bad mistake on their part... 
@tushar: People here have been discussing with good intentions at heart. No one wants to just spoil the rep of a person here. So I don;t think there is anything to get too worked up and bad mouth others. Please show some restraint in language..

I think the mods would have covered all corners before taking this step.
Also if Tushar was not comfortable giving his phone number then why the heck did he go ahead and give his bank acc number.
As the popularity of TE keeps reaching new heights existing members should be careful with who them deal with cause there will be people who try to scam. Post count, reps are not a good indicator of seller/buyer honesty.
The identity verification suggestion is not good. Because by doing that TE becomes responsible for all transactions that take place in TE marketplace.

@bikey : i did ask bro, i asked for his HDFC account and his name. and he said it is "Tushar Ratsogi" not mayanak or some crap

@Renegade : Thanks, yes mod a gestation period is ok but please do make sure that it is done. if the buyer doesn't have a cam, at least let them have a complete "Information" of their system from softwares like 3Dmark or everest(for computer based stuff). for other electronics it should be made compulsory. u mods know better

Guys , as a member im just proposing these ideas and this may only apply to the market section, its upto the mods and admins to do whats best for us
this would put some stress on the Mods and other senior member but for a short while. And would do wonders to the community.

- Every dealer should post at least two photos of the product he is selling in the Market section
- It can and should be made compulsory of posting the Mobile Number and Address in the selling thread. I've seen a few members doing it so we can all do so.
- A System like a trust-meter or something like that should be installed, itrader points can be cheated easily , if i create 15 aliases and show that i sold to all 15 of them then i can have 15 itrader points, but im taking about some "Mod given points" or Some new "Market Watcher" position created who can do this. and higher the trust meter fewer the restriction.
- And if the product is more than a certain amount, mods should really look into the deal, like checking the persons ip and stuff, and give a "Mods seal of Approval" for the thread, it doesn't make the mods liable to anything tat may comeout of the deal.
this would put some stress on the Mods and other senior member but for a short while. And would do wonders to the community.

There is absolutely too many things against you and protecting TE members is top priority. When 2 incidences are reported in almost similar time period involving same 2 IDs, and a common item, we had to take this step. This step was taken after long hard thinking. And yes I do have the transcript with what you talked to both memnom and roboghost when he tried to confront you.
There are too many wrong variables, inability to provide basic information to buyers, ip matches, time stamps against you and noone to confirm your story or vouch for you.
You see where I am going.
Its not personal but its a decision taken after long hard discussion and taking into consideration all points.
About your PM request, sure even that option was given to xcuseme to meet and collect in person and was rejected. And we are not just taking word of 2 members. 3-4 staff members ran IP check on your id and the xcuseme. Its not ignorable to find all IP addresses of xcuseme to match yours. Ditto same ip addresses, not even similar but all ip addresses used by this ID are matching 1:1 with you.

If you are looking at a buyer as a friend from TE and not as a casual online trade, there are no inconveniences caused.
I don't even have a cell, forget a cam.
But when asked for pics- if the pics won't lie abt the product- i ask the interested people for a couple of days to post them.
I ask my friends to drop by to click pics of stuff and later send it to me via mail.
So if one is a genuine seller, there are no issues- you have to sell- you have to post a pic.
In case of my SLB, i denied pics as pics could easily lie and the cas would have looked almost new.
Hence i insisted on selling to only those who ccould drop in for a look before buying it. :cool2:
Ask d_payne- he ws all 'yuck' after he saw it. :rofl:
The case is functionally kickass but the metal is oxidised and discoloured.

Ok to answer queries and response to suggestions of few people.
I would personally never put my phone no and address in public. ITs not needed. But I would suggest everyone to get atleast this basic info in PM. This is common sense and if you want to sell or buy, you must be willing to provide some basic contact info to the opposite party.
On photos, I agree. They are must in my book. Photo with TE nickname, ID and date handwritten on piece of paper next to product will be perfect.
Mods cannot go around giving trust points to everyone. Be practical and see the traffic in market. Its impossible for us to keep track ourself.
