The only things remotely punk i've heard are RHCP and Blink 182. Our college band does RHCP covers quite often which got me interested into it. Decent stuff but doesnt hold a candle to my favorite genre... prog metal/rock.

Oops i think i have become more of Metal fan than Punk, i thought limp ,korn stuff comes under punk but apparently they r metal .

Anyways i listen to all kinds of music like Trance- Paul oakenfold, Rap- Eminem and some of 50 cent is good ...

C'mon Guyz every music has their best days ,May be now u feel they r crap but they were on top one day.So if u feel rap is crap then its ok But no need post it .
 
na man. rap just dont make sense. rap to me appears as an escuse for life. shortcut style. twist language, say words which have really no significance, and worse of all, people take it in their vocab and feel proud about it !

Their music videos are all the same, one big black gal, shaking in slow mo, and there this guy wearing clothes that would easily fit Yokozuna (hope you know who that was) hovering around behind her, sniffing or whatever. shaking his head up and down. like this " :ohyeah: " rather expressionless-ly like him ":|". i like guys like :yahoo:, :2guns:, :bounce:, :hippi:, :jumpy: or even this guy :fear:.
but not rap man, makes me sea sick :S
Like the Linkin park style rap and some off beats.

Hey man, how can we give opinion about anything then, everything was best in its days, bell bottoms, indian filmi exercise(dance sequences) of the 80s, Mithun, Amitabh Bachhan :ohyeah: :tongue:
