Can anybody tell me how can I put a Questionair on Facebook front page (when someone wants to join me as friend, such that he replies to the questions asked).

You mean you want when someone sends you friend request, a question will be asked(which would be set by you), and on successful answer the friend request would be automatically accepted???

i guess there is one such feature that a friend can add you only if he knows your email id...its on orkut too i remember

Do you really think that?? Yes it'll surely make your job easy, but surely not secure.

Imaging a scene : Your gf told you the answer of the question and you added her, now after breakup to take revenge you revealed that answer and within mins 100's of peoples got added. Ya I know she can immediately change the answer, but in bigger sense it can be more vulnerable.
