Hehe...and so to speak that i never touched the machine while it was being overclocked:p
There was no need for physical contact with the m/c. since you were doing it remotely / wireless technolgy......

Ok Guys some more updates.

==================================================================
Cabinet

Thats the Cabby ZB01 All Black and it was damn heavy.
Thanks to Darky he got it from Pune for me as it was costly here.

Mumbai cost = Rs4500.
I got it for Rs3750 from Pune.
==================================================================
Ram

I finally got "OCZ Gold VX" nicely does 272 @ 2-3-3-8[notsure , funky correct me] @ 3.3VDimm.

Now guys before u say wow for the ram let me tell u one thing , though
you might feel that wow OCZ gold VX does some gr8 timings i wud like
to tell you that configuring the timings in the BIOS in no joke.

Funky was configuring the Ram at the launch and i saw how much patience
it requires to configure the ram properly.

There is a special modded BIOS specifically for that Ram which helps it run
properly we will have to flash that BIOS.

I straight away handed the powerful Gold VX to Deejay. ;)

I now realised "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"
Very True.

Thats what i felt when i saw funky configuring the ram at the DFI launch.

And once the ram is successfully configured it will perform like hell.
Saw the memory bandwidth[in memtest86] it was amazing.

And one thing which i noticed about Gold VX it doesnt like loose timings at all.
Its meant to do tight timings only just feed the voltage and it will give u the performance.

Thanks a lot to zhopudey for exchanging the Gold VX with the Hynix D43
which i was getting for myself.

Btw guys that Hynix D43 which zhop got does 265Mhz so its also a gr8 ocer.

So 2 More things that are added to my Rig

OCZ Gold VX - Rs 6000. :D
Vip ZB01 [All Black] Rs 3750

Waiting for some more goodies will not mention unless i get it in my hands
as its not mine until i get it in my hands.

The ZB01 is a very fantastic cabby with so much space inside it.
only negative is the weight that all.

I have nothing to complain about it.

Reg the gaming cabinet will try to do some thing abt the sidepanel.
I will not mod the sidepanel but cutting a hole but do something else.
I have some plans lets see , currently my priority is starting my rig properly
all eyecandy stuff later.

whoa congrats again quadmaster :cool2:
tell me somthing did the Vip ZB01 come with a PSU?
Pls post pics of caby and everything after assembling  :D

The ZB01 does come with a PSU donno which one but comes for
approx 6250~6350Rs.

Mostly the powersafe.

I wanted to get it without PSU.

Will post the pics as soon as its complete.

Received the psu and other parts today. will try to commence and finish the rig tomorrow morning.
Then 2 days of testing and Fine Tunning, will try to optimize cpu @ 280 HTT with 5:6 divider (so ram around 230 mhz) for 24 x 7 Gaming use.{limitations of heatsink and quality rams for now.}......., and quad will pick it up on Sunday (TE Mumbai meet Day).

guys now that my rig is complete , posting some pics.

Its still at Deejay's place as hes fine tuning it now.

Guys more pics l8er when i get the rig home.

The cabinet is really silent , just when the CPU temprature goes above
44C the Heatsink fan spins a bit faster but that noise is not that much.

The stock fans on the VIP ZB01 are also silent.

The psu is powersafe 500W, older model (with that 2nd fan outside the case, in the newer ones that fan is inside)
but with 24 pin ATX connector. he bought this for Rs.2700/- 2 days back since i believe the newer models were not avialable at that time.

The voltages are within normal limits.

BTW, I (somehow, dont ask how ....hehe) got him twinmos 2.5 Cas rams and it is doing surprising well at 235mhz cas 2.5-3-3-7 @ 2.8V.
Will try higher settings after this post.
