Quake 3 and FEAR servers in india

i wanted to know if there are any quake 3 or fear servers in india...'coz currently i'm getting 200ms on quake servers....i know of fragshack server in india, but can't connect it to it in quake 3.

To connect to Fragshack, you will need 2 mods - OSP and CPMA 1.35.
