About the pronunciation, i think they mean qurbani as in sacrifice, as per his role in the gameplay, possibly.

well dunia means world in may other languages like
unia, meaning "world" or "earth" in many languages including Persian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, Swahili, Assyrian,Indonesian and Malay

Wasn't Qurbani a famous movie? Maybe thats where they got the reference.
Yeah the turban does look a little off.

And as for his role in the gameplay. If I remember reading correctly...your actions decide who lives or dies. Me...I'm gonna keep this guy till the end

Even Valve credits had a couple of Indian names I noticed ((HL2 i think :ashamed. Probably every US game studio for that matter considering how many Indian techies are there
