Hey Guys,
To start off,I am a 19 year old kid who passed his 10th in 2011.After that I left studies because of some issues. And after that I started working with my dad.I was almost sure that I wont study any more and keep doing business with my father and then I will open my own business. But soon I noticed my interest in cyber security.I just want to learn penetration testing and ethical hacking and atleast do a job for few period of time in this field and after that I will open my own business. But I cant go to school or college or any other kind tuition because of the issues I have. And I know some people who have passed 12th without studying or going to school. So,I will complete my 12th that way. during this I am thinking of enrolling onto CEH. So is it possible to do it online?what are e basic requirements for doing ceh? What should i do after CEH that will help me to get a job?Can i do it during 12th?Will i have to do graduation? Is it possible to do graduation without going to college?
Thanks

Yup you can do graduation via correspondence. Right course for you would be BCA but I don't know if any university offers that via correspondence. Please search around and good luck with you endeavours. I would have never said that before but now I feel to survive in today's world one does need a degree as no one is even ready to give you a chance without that, no matter how talented you are.

Security is a beautiful field to be in, very very rewarding and the future looks very bright too since it is a field that is changing EVERY DAY which makes the old obsolete and makes way for the new presenting us with so many opportunities today.
I setup my first business at 16 and our company got a million dollar valuation by the time I turned 19.
Don't focus more on getting a degree, focus more on the job. There's nothing any college can teach you that you can't learn by yourself.
Here's my sincere advice on how to go about this the 'out of the box' way:
People in this field are generally rather friendly and approachable. Simply start networking on forums just like TechEnclave, (but where the decision makes in decent sized companies participate). If you try getting a job at an MNC, it's going to be very difficult since all they're going to judge you by is your degrees etc. The person interviewing you is also after all just an employee of the company picking out candidates depending on criteria mentioned in a list he was given by his boss. There isn't much intuition and judgement based decision making left to the HR guys themselves.
With smaller companies, they're always looking for talent that is eager to learn and easy to train. Trust me when I say this, it is very rare to come by someone who really loves what they do and if they see you taking interest in your work and going out of your way, climbing the ladder is just very very simple.
Do a correspondence on the side so you have something to show academically as well when people ask you about what you've studied. Just for that, don't do it for the job or career!
IMO, start interning at a company that seems interesting to work at and start working your ass off. Pieces of the puzzle will just fall in place by themselves from that point on.
