Hey guys i have decided to change my 'Cable Internet' to Reliance Wired connection had few question ,

1. Does it require a modem?

2. How are the pings in CS like?

3. Do they provide the speed they guarantee?

4. How good is the customer service?

5. Is the connection always stable?

6. What are the installation charges?

7. Best plan to opt for? ( As i download )

1. ADSL for < 2Mbps and direct WAN for > 2Mbps

4. Alright I guess.

5. Most of the time. But I have experienced disconnections at times due to last mile problems, but those can't be avoided unless the lines are underground.

6. 500Rs when I got mine an year back

7. Look at their site. I use a 2Mbps plan devoid of any FUP. They no longer list this plan.
