Query About Bidding in Ebay

Hi friends, I just want to say that mistakenly I've placed a bid on one item(Actually not mistakenly, just in absence/confused mind). I placed the bid for Rs. 300/- Later I tried talking to ebay customer care and they said I can cancel the bid within 1hr of placing the bid. The time was over. I sent a message to the seller to cancel the bid too. But now the problem is bidding time is over and I've own the bid. I don't want to buy the item. Is it possible?? Can I do anything now??

One more question, What if I don't buy the item?? Will there be any legal case?? Or any other sort of harm??

Is there any way out to not to buy the item??

Hahahaha no just ignore it ok :tongue: , nothin will happen , once ebay harrased me for 2 weeks with daily calls because i hadnt paid their 56 bucks , i will say use some coupon and get it few bucks less and enjoy your won bid

Ps: whenever i tried to bid anythin , i always lost :no:
 
dont buy, it will automatically go to the next highest bidder..

best thing to always bid in the last half and hour.. thats what i always doo..and always win :P

Hey I can't retract the bid now. The bidding is over. Anyway, I tried the same retract form some hour's ago. But it said I must retract the bid within one hour of placing the bid.

Anyway guys, I just want to know will there be any legal problem??

This is 1st time I bidded on ebay. That's why I'm really tensed.
 
you well get an unpaid strike on your account if you dont buy, too many unpaid strikes (3 i think) will result in an account suspension

you can appeal against the unpaid strike once you get it with whatever reason you have, they will review your case and remove the strike should your argument be genuine enoung
 
^ ^No need to worry, stay cool, enjoy life, have fun. There is nothing to worry about that eBay item won in bid. Forget it, create new account.

Hey guys great news. I stated that I've sent request to the seller to cancel the bid. He accepted it and the transaction got cancelled....!! Recently I got the mail. Yupeeeee :-)
 
Well in my opinion ebay is safest and cheapest...and those coupons...just love them...(although they haven't sent them for last two weeks :()
