Monitors Query About Full HD monitor & graphic card

My configuration is
Intel C2D 2.93gHz processor....4gb ram....ATI HD4670 1gb ddr3 gPU.....500gb hdd....
I currently play games on my bravia 26" on 1360*768 resolution at medium-high settings...

Im very interested in buying Dell St2220l monitor (i knw its discontinued bt still its good)....it has full hd resolution...
so i have the following doubts..

1) Will HD4670 handle full hd resolution?
2) Will i be able to game at full hd?
3) Does a full hd monitor display 1360*768 resolution full screen?...for gaming offcourse...

1) No...Need atleast HD6850 to play on full hd with moderate settings

2) No

3) Yes...it will support all 16:9 resolutions!
