Query about Nokia N70?

My cousin brother wants to buy the Nokia N70 but he wants to know that does the it support office apps?

It does include MS Office document viewer and PDF viewer and you can always install new softwares on it like:

yeah, it has quick office preinstalled...........

but mind u these apps can only read documents,they cannot edit them...

dude dont buy it, it can do the stuffs like read pdf but its not worth it how long ur bro gonna READ pdf? lol
oh well it has some issues "as i faced" , better get N80 if $$ permits.

he cant spend a penny more than 16k & wants only nokia with a 2MP Camera & Flash then what to buy?

he doesnt want pdf he only wants doc & xls

abbey.....there are hundreds of people with N70s.... if there was some major problem with it, it would have become a big issue (like N91)....

But it has not....so, proof that N70 is a very good phone.....

DOnt worry Udit...ask any mobile phone expert on TE...the N70 is an amazing phone...

well yea if 16k budget its a good phone.
but so far i saw 2 handsets of n70 both had a problem of slowing down while changing themes, maybe old firmwires.
hopefully things are better in the newer ones.

every nokia phone i have seen till date slows down while changing themes ...... even SE phone takes some time to change the theme and i son't think its a problem .....

yeah i know that , but the issue i had is that you changed the themes then you pressed exit to close the theme gallery and the phone took around 10 to 12 secs which is absurd.not while changing the theme but while closing the theme gallery.

yeah actually x86 is correct,,,,,, some firmwares of not only N70 but also 6681 and 6630 have problems exiting theme folders.........

but chances are very less that the problem exists in new phones..........

It is really a good phone, pinnacle of s60 2nd edition....

have been using one fr the past 6 months and still there is no other mobile on the market (N73,80 included) that could replace 70...........
