help me choosing the best one.and can someone provide me the address of service centre of western digital.
 
Call SMC and first check if they have SE 500GB USB 3.0! Most online sites don't update the availability unless they have to do a major update. SMC had 880GMA UD2H listed and when you call them, they don't have it- same goes for another bloke in Mumbai and *somewhere else*.
 
Get a 1TB or 500 GB seagate go flex. I was a WD fan owning more than 3 of their HDDs until one of them conked off and I got the opportunity to witness firsthand their amazing ASS. I recently got a 1TB Go flex, and it is one of the greatest investment I have made. This thing doesn't heat up even when I use it 24/7 for torrents and its also very portable.

P.S : If you are planning on an online purchase, I would advise against it i.e if you can go to a computer market and buy the same. Reason being, you will atleast save 200-300 bucks on the mrp. Also, if the hdd is DOA, you can get it replaced from the dealer itself.
 
@ The Sorcerer called smc and they told that they have WD My passport Essential SE 500 GB- ( USB 3.0 ).
wd is cheaper to seagate,only problem is about their rma service.
@ Bluffmaster wd is cheaper online and compared to seagate also.wd 500 gb is costing 2300 rs and goflex is costing 2800 rs .and dealer here are good for nothing.
