iPhone 5c Cost 99$ In USA Which Equals To 6,266 INR With 2 Years AT&T Contract..
Is There Any Way We Can Buy It Here In India From Sites Like Amazon[USA] Or Wallmart[USA]
And Unlock It Here ?
Unlock Costs <100 Rupees On Ebay !
What Can be The Shipping Charges ??
 
first of all, the 99USD price tag is for on contract phones. so its not possible for an indian citizen to buy the phone. Even for someone in US its not possible to buy the phone without entering a 2 year agreement and providing their credit card details and Social security number(SSN) to at&t. Even if you are able to ask someone in US to buy the phone on your behalf for 99USD, you need to pay early contract termination fee. Which approximately brings the phones cost equal to non-contract purchased phone i.e. 549USD from AMAZON / WALMART/ APPLE US online or retail store. SO its easier to buy directly by paying 549USD for a non-contract iPhone 5c.

If at all you get it at 549USD from US, then it would be factory unlocked. IF you get it via 99USD + contract termination route, you can get it unlcoked form the eBay re-sellers here in India.
