Query for IDM users

For some of the active RS.com links i get an error status.After some time the download starts,but y do i get an error status in the 1st place.

pls c the cap below for details.

i dont have any firewall or security to block d/ls.

Please check that your Internet connection is active.
If you have Norton Internet Security installed, please try to remove IDM rule in NIS (Norton Internet Security) completely. Many users had problems with existing rules. You should select Personal Firewall tab, then go to Internet Access Control, find Internet Download Manager, and remove this rule. When IDM will try to download a file, NIS ask a question again and you should click on Yes/Permit.
