Query in Google Apps - Mails on Domain

Hi

This is a simple query.
I want to get Google Apps free version installed with my domain.

Then I create 3 mail addresses on it.-User1-User2-User3

Then Can I with google apps free version?

(1) Create 1 mail id called -backup- to backup all mails in & out of all 3 above email ids for record purposes. If so how do i go about with it.

(2)If not, is there any way to do ?

Purpose: Running an office where my staff1 sends a mail to the client from User1 & later if staff2 wants to correspond to that mail & staff1 is not available, then check using backup mail.

Please pour in on any thoughts about this.
 
an exclusive Gmail id may be used for auto forwarding of all incoming mails

of other email accounts ( not sure about spam ) ; and out going mails have to

be manually forwarded by using carbon copy OR blank carbon copy !!!

If you just need a backup for records, use POP3 and download all mails to Outlook/Thunderbird. You can also keep a secondary backup by backing up the Outlook database.

Or did I not understood what you want?
