There is no mention about non-verified paypal payments not being accepted. So I guess it should not be a problem. If you have doubts, contact Lynx directly on your mobile and get it clarified.
 
Yeah ... PayPal address verified or not ... once payment is done just send them transaction ID and order ID via email/SMS and you r good to go :)

They will ship to whatever address you have specified on their website (actually which is much better :D)
