I wanted a tablet. Have used the orig iPad and have an iPhone so wanted to try Android this time.
I quite like the look of the transformer
Had a few questions regarding it.
Will be using it mostly for watching videos and reading books. 3G is not that important.. will tether it if needed.
Want a good battery life and good video playback/screen
Does anyone own it. How is it? Any issues that I should keep in mind?
How useful is the dock. Cant get it in India without it. Should I pay 29.5k for it with the dock or try and get it without it from the US?
It has an international warranty according to the Asus transformer india webpage.. How is the service? Will getting it from the US make any difference?
I know the Transformer Prime will be out in early Dec, but it wont be available in India for a few months. So dont think I'll risk getting it from the US with no support for it here.
Any other tablets that I should consider??
