Query regarding paypal money transfer

Hi,
I need to send my friend in the US about $600. I have a paypal india account. Could someone please run me through as to how I can make the transaction? Also, some info regarding the transaction fees would be really helpful. This is kinda urgent.

Well, just enter his PayPal, the required amount and press Send. Its as simple as that. Your account should be verified and in good standing and you will need a CC or an accepted DC.

There are no fees for sending, but your friend on the receiving end will get only about 3.9% less.
